1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days from the date you received the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details for exchange approval. If the replacement/exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days in refund policy
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of defect:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage
5. Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping cost after approval.

1. Eligibility for Returns

- In its original packaging with tags/labels intact
